The LP Gear improved replacement for the Shure 5X / Realistic R5X needle stylus is used with the Shure R47ED phono cartridge. The stylus features a highly polished elliptical diamond for superb tracing of record grooves. It results in excellent sound quality and rendition of voice and music. The color of the stylus may vary.

Due to supply chain discontuity, The 5X with guard has been getting very difficult to source thus the alternative green stylus. Should the stylus with guard go out of stock, we will automatically ship the special elliptical green stylus.
