The Music Hall MMF5.1 is a world class turntable with a history of very high merit. A Stereophile Recommended Component for many years and highly rated by many audio publications including The Absolute Sound, the Music Hall MMF5.1 is a complete 2-speed (33 and 45 RPM) turntable system with a glass platter, felt mat, high grade tonearm, Goldring G1012 moving magnet cartridge (a $225.00 value), dual plinth arrangement, metal screw-on record clamp, round spirit level, spare belt and 45 RPM adapter. At only $875.00, it is considered by many to have no peer within its price range.

Two-Plinth Design
It has an original and unique 2-plinth design with six rubber springs separating the bottom platform from the top. This gives the turntable an extra level of isolation. The new vibration damping adjustable feet, 2-speed synchronous motor, switch, wiring and electrical parts are on the bottom plinth while the critical sound reproducing components, the bearing, arm and cartridge are mounted on the top platform.

Dynamically Balanced Platter and Precision Bearing
The dynamically balanced platter and felt mat sit on a high quality, stainless steel ball bearing sheathed in Teflon providing fluid and noise-free operation. The bearing assembly comes pre-charged with lubricant. A metal screw-on record clamp is standard equipment as is the round spirit level.

Shallow Tracking Arc Tonearm
The effective length of the tone arm is nine inches. This allows for a very shallow tracking arc on the record thus reducing distortion.

High-Quality Phono Cartridge
The tonearm comes fitted with a high-quality Goldring G1012 moving magnet cartridge (a $225.00 value).
