I received my new Jico S.A.S. stylus in 4 days. WOW I felt I should drop you a line and thank you for the exellent, and rapid delivery. I installed the S.A.S. into my Shure m97xe, replacing a barley broken in stock stylus, and my first thought was HOLY SHIT I should have ordered the Jico at the same time I ordered the M97xe. Anyone with decent to high-end audio gear will love the sound improvement the S.A.S. makes in imaging, sound-stage, and detail. I am thrilled! The difference is night and day over the stock needle.

Just wanted to let you know that I received the AT-F3/III Wednesday and got it up and running. I mounted it on my REGA P3-24 using the Denneson Soundtractor, tracking at 2 grams and using a 2mm spacer under the arm. All I can say is WOW! A-T really improved on the original AT-F3/II. Sound is so much smoother and the shift to medium compliance is a HUGE +. It does very well on the RB-301 arm and is an unbelievable bargain at it's price...which I'm sure won't last long...

I have to tell you that I had an ORTO Salsa prior to the AT and I have to say that the AT is really a better cartridge...even thought the Orto is twice as expensive. The Orto is just to HOT and in-you-face. Also, it tended to wobble a tad similar to the Grado dance. The AT just let's the music flow and makes you forget all the technical aspects and headaches you just suffered in tonearm/cart setup... This one's a WINNER! Thanks for making this available.

Just to let you know that this order arrived on Tuesday Oct.19. After some brief testing, the JICO SAS stylus is working better than expected! A truly fine product designed with performance in mind. My Shure M97xE is now performing at its best with your new stylus.

I have everything working properly, I am very happy with this turntable. Just in case you are interested, I located an excellent software program called VinylStudio which is a perfect fit with this product, far better than audacity. It's free for the 1st 5 albums and after that you pay a small fee.

Received my Audio-Technica cartridge today. Damm! Sounds great. Put it on my Rega P3 and even with no break-in the sound is balanced and clear and present. I'd previously experimented with a Grado Presitige Blue cartridge which was total rubbish.

Mark me down as "satisfied."

I really appreciate the help. I got the player from a buddy of mine who told me was just collecting dust. He was just going to throw it out before he moved but I took it. I don't really know much about records and their players except how much I love the sizzles and pops with my music. Long story short all I needed was a belt that I found easily. These stylus were not as easy to find until of course I tried the internet. So I thank you for being there for this record player that could have been garbage. I do have records oddly enough never owing a record player before.

The original parcel actually turned up a few days ago, so I have rejected the replacement parcel when it appeared today. Hopefully it makes it back to you without too much hassle. The original parcel was indeed addressed with the correct post code so I have no idea why it took some five weeks to arrive. Anyway the AT7V is installed and working very well. It’s an excellent cart, much cleaner and more refined than my old Ortofon OM10. Nice head shell too. Thank you very much!

- Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. I have run this stylus in a bit more and it really sounds excellent for what it is. I adjusted the azimuth issue myself and will not need to return it. It tracks very well at 1.35g, no channel imbalance and very solid imaging. Very quiet in the groove on nice vinyl and forgiving toward the thrift stuff too.

I appreciate your making this fine product available and am a happy customer. It makes the excellent Stanton 881S beautifully musical and more useful than ever. If they ever make an SAS with boron cantilever for these carts I will be first in line to purchase!

- The DEFT 2 cartridge arrived today, FAST and safe! It is already navigating grooves on my SME 309 tonearm, with much success on the "tracking stress tests" from Shure and others. Quite impressive. The tone/timbre is decidedly not soft/unassuming, but it is definitely not bright either. Needs extensive listening in order to make a judgement on tone, which so far is delightful. Congratulations so far on this improved version of the excellent Sumiko Oyster. Will get back after extensive navigations with it.

P.S.- low-frequency resonance on the SME 309 is around 8-to-9 Hz. This would probably be around 10 Hz on the Rega tonearms. Good marketing decision.

- It has been over 20 years since I have enjoyed my LP collection. One of my children broke the stylus on my Shure M91ED cartridge back then and I was not able to find a true replacement stylus. I have had a generic stylus in the cartridge for all these years, but the sound quality was so poor I never really enjoyed my LP's any more and stopped playing them. They have sat unplayed for years and years. Last week, while thinking about getting rid of my collection, I happen to search the Internet and found that you carried an original replacement stylus. I ordered it just on a whim. I received it today, installed it, and boy was I pleasantly surprised! The sound was superb! I had shivers listening to my old favorite recordings - they have come to life again. Thank you for supporting the old technology.

- Thanks for the fast shipping it came in on 12/07/08. It is a great sounding cartridge on my Denon DP-30L II . I convert LPs and Tape to CDs DVDs and Mp3, this will be my main cartridge, I have ben using a Sumiko Oyster , for the money and the AT-95E takes the cake. MN

- The box arrived last Wednesday. I mounted the OM-40 yesterday and so I did with the needles. I tried first the Shure V15 III, it sounds excellent with its new needle. The AT331LP with the new Shibata needle surprised me, I never thought it sounded that good, I believe the combination of the cartridge plus the Shibata needle is great. Then I tested the OM-40. Wow, what a performer!! It brings life to the music, I don't know how to put it in words, but as the Shure V15 III sounds great, giving the proper emphasis to all frequencies, it lacks of something that the OM-40 gives: The OM-40 makes the listening experience an enchantment, a true fascination, you simply need to keep listening and listening. The amp I used this time is my Sansui AU-999 fully restored (recapped) by QuadBob a few weeks ago, my Sansui SR-929 turntable, also restored by QB back in February, and my restored JBL L112 speakers (restored by Brown 3 years ago). As usual, your recommendation was simply perfect, the OM-40 is the best of my cartridges, my satisfaction is beyond of my original expectations. Thanks a lot for your professionalism and for the prompt shipping.

- I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the AT44MLa cartridge and stylus. In the past, I have used an AT440ML and a Dynavector 10x4. I have a Planar 2 with Expressimo mods (I really miss Sal) and a collection of albums from the 70’s. The Audio-Technica new rendition of the AT440ML is excellent. There simply is not a better value in audio!!! I do have a question… How many hours should I consider as my break-in period for the AT440MLa and how many hours should it take before it is time to purchase a replacement stylus for this cartridge? Thank you in advance, and again I am thrilled with this purchase!

- Just wanted to say thanks. The S.A.S. VN35HE for the Shure III made my CD-4 vinyl come back to life. I had not used the 4 channel because the stylus I had was not too good in CD-4 mode. This is a GREAT replacement, better than the original. Even sounds great in 2 channel. Makes everything come alive. Thanks for stocking this. I will be buying another one soon.

- Just wanted to thank you. I received the OC9 Saturday, put it straight on my arm & was blown away. I listened to the original OC9 many years ago. Most of the cartridges I have had since have been Ortofon's, The only one of them that came close to this sound with the new OC9 was the Super 30 and even that had limitations. The dynamics of the OC9 are just soooo good it was a breath of fresh air, after the deposed Kontrapunkt B. Thanks again, was a pleasure doing business with you.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the folks at LP gear for such a wonderful transaction. I wasn't sure if I would be able to find replacement styli anymore, and then I found your website. I placed my order on Friday afternoon, and my new stylus was waiting in my mailbox on Monday afternoon. AMAZING! The new stylus (AN-11E) sounds great, and is far superior to the original stylus, which was still on the turntable until today. I will definitely shop LP gear whenever a turntable needs a replacement part, and I will gladly recommend LP gear to anyone who has turntable needs. Thanks for a job well done!

I received the turntable yesterday (9/4)... I installed the LP Gear stylus and belt.. I don't know if it helped, however, I was very surprised at the quality of sound at this price...I had originally intended to get the Denon model similar to the Audio Technica, however, when I saw you were offering the additional Belt and Stylus at the same price, I gave it try...And.... I'm very satisfied with the product and the service...
